Greystones interior decor blends functionality with contemporary design, including a three-tone hide-a-bed sofa with optional memory foam mattress, two leather Euro chairs and the new Beauflor simulated hardwood floor.The kitchen is the focal point in the living area featuring hand-rubbed, antique-glazed cherry cabinetry with a mocha accent, and solid-surface countertops set off by a bull-nose edge and cream-colored accent stripe. Spring-loaded hidden hinges are used throughout the interior cabinetry for an upscale, residential look while the living area offers a 32-inch Sharp Aquos HD TV with external speaker package and DVD player.

Each Greystone is designed with deluxe Hanex solid-surface counter tops, increasing the usability, beauty, and value of our coaches. The advanced blend of natural materials and pure, acrylic polymer is formed over a strong plywood base, providing design versatility and long-term performance. Hanex is one of the toughest counter tops in the world that is both durable and Renewable. Renewable simply means they are the same consistency through and through. If chipped or scratched, they are easily repaired to look brand new. Competitors offer only a thin layer of fiberglass adhered to particle board material.

Not only are the counter tops durable, but the Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink also offers a timeless beauty and functionality. Sink covers are also a standard feature on Greystones and offer even more counter space. 

Greystone owners enjoy a residential drawer design that provides for increased storage space; improved operation of the drawers; and stronger, longer lasting drawer that carry more weight! Greystone drawers are designed with strong, steel ball bearings and fully extend past the cabinet face for larger, much deeper drawers.

Greystones are equipped with Beauflor simulated hardwood floors. This beautiful vinyl flooring is quiet, comfortable underfoot, and exceptionally durable. Every Sirocco vinyl comes with Beauflor's revolutionary Flextreme backing. Flextreme is a unique polyester and nylon composite with their Power Bac technology that is a comfortable, sound absorbing polymer foam.

In addition to being quiet and comfortable underfoot, Sirocco is protected by an Engineered Composite surface of Ultragrip and Multi Protect, which make Sirocco as durable as a laminate or ceramic while being as quiet as a carpet. The added protection of Ultragrip ensures that your floor will be safe when spills or other messes happen. Multi Protect technology helps keep your floor easy to clean while minimizing stains.

Exterior

Another big design advantage of owning a Greystone their improved turning radius and front cap design. Heartland has improved their design to provide for up to a 88^o turn, perfect for short-bed, extended cab trucks. The new design, including stylish hitch cover,  is also aerodynamic and improves fuel efficiency.

They have also designed a universal docking center created for pure convenience. All unit hook-ups are in ONE LOCATION including winterization valves and water heater by-pass valve, all of which are enclosed in fiberglass. 

Beautiful views and warm natural lighting from large panoramic windows are nice, but windows can have serious climate control drawbacks if they are not the correct type of windows to minimize solar heat buildup and UV rays which will damage interior woods and fabrics.Greystone uses black radius clamp ring windows, which have no exterior screws, so theres no chance of rusting. The seal around the inside edge of the window is a butyl-encapsulated foam that does not break down over time.

The best windows possible use thick safety glass which stops flying objects and protects you and your family from harm.The windows in Greystones also have a special resin is imbedded into the glass,which creates a dark tint blocking 86% of harmful ultraviolet rays so it protects interior woods, fabrics, and you! The dark auto tint minimizes solar heat and heat build up, giving better climate control. This allows you to run your air conditioner less often and save on your utilities. With these windows there are NO more harsh bright light. Light is softened as it passes through the window, creating warm natural lighting.
